SHEBOYGAN, WI (WHBL) - A Sheboygan Falls man who shot and wounded two men during a fight in Sheboygan Falls last November will learn his fate today. 27 year old Charles Chew is scheduled to appear before Judge Terrence Bourke for sentencing in Sheboygan County Court this morning. Chew was convicted on charges of reckless endangerment following a two-day trial in March. He claimed self defense, telling the jury that two men pushed their way into his apartment in Sheboygan Falls and began beating him when he took a handgun from one of the men and chased them from the apartment, wounding them in the legs. The jury didn't buy it and found Chew guilty as charged.
