SHEBOYGAN, Wis. (WHBL) - A Sheboygan man is facing 3 years in prison for allegedly shooting out windows in 23 vehicles in the city of Sheboygan last week. 22 year old Andrew Zeier Jr. was arrested on Tuesday and charged Thursday with felony criminal damage to property. According to the criminal complaint, Zeier and a companion drove around the city beginning last week Friday and ending on Monday, shooting out the windows with a pellet gun. Authorities are estimating the damage at four thousand-six hundred dollars.
