MADISON,WI (WHBL) - The sales of existing homes in Sheboygan County continue to run ahead of last year. According to the monthly report of the Wisconsin Realtors Association, 371 homes have been sold through April compared to 334 last year. That’s an increase of 11 percent. The median price for those homes has gone up 12 percent to $117,000. Statewide, sales are also up about 11 percent, but median prices were only up by about 7 percent.
