SHEBOYGAN, WI (WHBL) - A Sheboygan man is going to prison for possessing child pornography. 23 year old Robert Chapa was arrested just over a year ago as part of an investigation into the downloading and sharing of child porn. He appeared this week before Judge James Bolgert in Sheboygan County Court and was sentenced to 3 years in prison to be followed by a year on extended supervision. Chapa had originally been charged with 19 counts, but plead no contest and was sentenced on 8 counts.
