SHEBOYGAN FALLS, WI (WHBL) - The boyfriend of the Sheboygan Falls woman accused of killing her toddler is facing drug charges.

34-year-old Nathan Passehl faces charges of possession with intent to deliver marijuana, second time marijuana possession and possession of drug paraphernalia.

According to the criminal complaint, police were searching the apartment of Katlyn Kinateder after her arrest in the homicide case, when they found a scale, a bong, and other pipes and paraphernalia used for smoking pot. They say that they also found a checkbook belonging to Passehl in the same drawer as one of the pipes along with marijuana.

Passehl was brought in for questioning, and allegedly admitted to police that the paraphernalia belonged to both himself and Kinateder, and that it was 'weed stuff'. He also told police he keeps a set of scales around to make sure he's not ripped off when buying marijuana.

Passehl is being held on a $250 cash bond and will be back in court next week for a preliminary hearing.
