
MADISON, WI (WHBL) - Sales of existing homes in Sheboygan County last month increased by nearly 16 percent over March of last year. The Wisconsin Realtors Association reports 117 homes changed hands compared to 101 in March 2012. The monthly report puts the median price for those homes at one-hundred nineteen thousand dollars compared to ninety thousand a year ago. The Association said home sales statewide increased by 3 percent in March - the highest sales volume in March since 2007 before the Great Recession began.
