SHEBOYGAN, Wis. (WHBL) -- One person was cited for drunk driving last night after causing a crash on a busy Sheboygan intersection.
Officers were dispatched around 8:30 Thursday night for a report of a vehicle crash at the corner of South Business Drive and Wilson Avenue. Sergeant Terry Meyer says a man driving southbound on Business failed to yield and turned left into oncoming traffic and was struck by another vehicle.
A juvenile passenger from the other vehicle was transported from the scene with minor injuries.
The 74-year-old man from Sheboygan failed several OWI tests at the scene and was cited. His name has not been released at this time.
Traffic at the intersection was shut down for about 45 minutes while crews did cleanup at the scene.
