SHEBOYGAN, Wis. (WHBL) -- A Fond du Lac woman is facing drug dealing charges after an overdose incident in Sheboygan.
30-year-old Kristina Stevens faces one count each of delivery of narcotics and felony bail jumping.
According to a criminal complaint, police were called out last week Thursday for a report of a man who had fallen over in the snow on the 800 block of Riverfront Drive. When police arrived they found the man suffering from a drug overdose. He was revived with a Narcan shot, and rushed to the hospital.
Police interviewed the man, who told them that he'd taken some methadone he'd gotten from a lady he'd met in Sheboygan, but that he didn't want to give them her name. Police were allowed to search his cellphone, and found a series of Facebook messages back and forth between him and Stevens. One of the messages asked the victim to erase all of the messages.
Fond du Lac police picked up Stevens on an unrelated warrant on Friday, and she was taken in for questioning by Sheboygan Police. Stevens denied the allegations against her, saying she'd never been to Sheboygan.
Stevens remains in custody on a $5,000 cash bond and will be back in court for a preliminary hearing April 6th.
