SHEBOYGAN, WI (WHBL) - A Plymouth man who was arrested last week after a disturbance in the city of Sheboygan is facing numerous charges after deputies found six guns, body armor, an electronic stun gun, knives and several boxes of ammo in his car. 30 year old Rafael Montanez is a convicted felon who had spent two years in prison and is now facing 6 counts of being a felon in possession of a firearm. He could get 10 years in prison on each count. Authorities said the guns, including handguns, a rifle and a 12-guage shotgun were found in various locations in the car. Two of the handguns were fully loaded. Deputies stopped the car on Highway 23 and took Montanez into custody and impounded the vehicle.
