SHEBOYGAN, WI (WHBL) - On the final day before voters across the state decide which two of three judges would be one step closer to getting a ten-year term on the State Supreme Court, two of them were in Sheboygan to give members of Sheboygan's Rotary Club more information about themselves.
Supreme Court Justice Rebecca Bradley and State Appeals Judge JoAnne Kloppenburg attended the group's weekly luncheon as invited guests, and provided the several dozen in attendance a background of their time in the legal system.
The two also answered around a half-dozen questions submitted by Rotary members and their guests. They included who their favorite justice is, how they would define an activist judge, how they would compare themselves to former Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia, and their thoughts on electing judges in Wisconsin.
The third candidate on the ballot, Milwaukee County Circuit Court Judge Joe Donald was invited to the luncheon, but was unable to make it due to his schedule.
