SHEBOYGAN, Wis. (WHBL) - The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention reports at least two dozen people have been sickened in an outbreak of E. coli. Wisconsin is one of 15 states where victims were made ill by an infection linked to frozen snack foods which are marketed to children. No deaths have been reported yet, but eight people were hospitalized. Most of the victims were children or teenagers. A federal investigation detected E. coli in an open package of Farm Rich brand frozen chicken quesadillas at the home of one of the victims.
