SHEBOYGAN, WI (WHBL) - A Sheboygan woman will have to serve at least four months in the local jail for violating a previous sentence in connection to a stabbing back in July.
35 year old Lacie Perronne was sentenced earlier this month after Judge Timothy Van Akkeren ruled she had violated a past deferred prosecution and probation for charges of second-degree recklessly endangering safety and disorderly conduct.
The charges are from an incident that occurred on Indiana Avenue on July 26. The criminal complaint against her states Sheboygan Police found her chasing her boyfriend, who had suffered several stab wounds.
The boyfriend claims that he and Perronne got into a heated argument over their relationship, and when he tried to leave she grabbed a knife from her purse and began chasing him and striking him with the knife. When interviewed herself, Perronne claimed she confronted her boyfriend about smoking marijuana, and was thrown to the ground by him.
Perronne was originally given a two year deferred prosecution for the reckless endangerment charge, and a one year probation sentence for the criminal damage charge. However, the probation was revoked last month, followed by the deferred agreement this month.
Perronne was also sentenced at the same time to probation for forcing her kids to walk home after leaving them at a Taco Bell in July.
