SHEBOYGAN, WI (WHBL) - A four day jury trial is scheduled to get underway Monday, December 14, for a Plymouth man accused of having multiple sexual encounters with a teenage girl. Online court records show Judge Rebecca Persick will be presiding over the trial for 20 year old Nicholas Pfeifer.
He has pleaded not guilty to one count of second degree sexual assault of a minor. That charge came back in early March.
The criminal complaint filed against him then stated law enforcement were informed of the incidents back in late February after the family of the victim contacted Safe Harbor. An investigation claims Pfeifer had assaulted a 15 year old girl, who was the sister of his then girlfriend, over a two month period starting in December of 2014 while she was sleeping. Once the victim woke up, Pfeifer is accused of leaving the room.
