Sheboygan, WI (WHBL) – The finger-pointing began almost immediately with the arrests of 21-year-old Danielle S. Pospichal of Manitowoc, 24-year-old Angela Loelhafen of Two Rivers, and 26-year-old Pang L Herr of Sheboygan. Each is facing burglary and other charges for allegedly breaking into a Winter Court home on October 19, 2015.
A criminal complaint filed in Sheboygan County court reveals that the home is that of 32-year-old Chelsea Walloch who has been the subject of two recent drug busts. Walloch was incarcerated at the time of the burglary which was discovered by a friend Walloch left in charge of the property while she is locked up.
The caretaker told Sheboygan police that she noticed the lights were turned on inside the home when she drove past on the night of October 19th. But, the woman says nothing else appeared to be out of order, so she kept going. It was the next day, October 20th that the burglary was discovered.
The caretaker says that she went to check on the home to make sure that nothing was awry, but quickly learned there was trouble. A black duffel bag containing tools was found next to the home along with a step ladder, and the garage door was kicked in.
The woman entered the home and found that a 52” Television, a laptop, and several other electronics were stolen.
When Sheboygan police launched their investigation into the crime, they learned from a neighbor that a silver vehicle was seen coming and going from the home. They interviewed Chelsea, and she recognized the vehicle fitting that description as belonging to a woman she allowed to stay at the home a week before the latest drug bust. Police identify the woman as Danielle S. Pospichal.
The investigation also tied the two other suspects to the burglary.
Police made contact with Pospichal and Angela Loelhafen on October 21 on Huron Avenue. At the same time investigators were taking Pospichal and Loelhafen into custody Pang Herr was pulled over in a traffic stop. Officers allegedly retrieved some of the stolen items from Herr’s vehicle, including the laptop. However, Pang was not arrested at that time because police had not conclusively linked the laptop to the home burglary.
When the women were interviewed by detectives, Angela claimed that she was picked up from work by Danielle and Pang before they all traveled to Chelsea’s house.
The women do not dispute what transpired once they entered the Winter Court home where Angela recalls hearing someone say, “Grab whatever is inside the house.”
Pang was arrested on October 22nd in connection with a hit and run at the intersection of 16th Street and Superior Avenue.
The criminal complaint alleges that the majority of the stolen items were retrieved from the Huron Avenue home where Danielle currently resides. The 52” television however, was not recovered. One of the women told police that the TV is likely in Green Bay, given the number of contacts known by Danielle and Pang.
