SHEBOYGAN, Wis.(WHBL) - An accident in yesterday’s blizzard has led to a 5th drunk driving citation for a Cleveland man. 37 year old David Noel ended up in a ditch on County LS north of Sheboygan yesterday afternoon. His SUV had rolled onto its side but he wasn’t injured. When Sheboygan County deputies arrived on the scene they smelled alcohol and Noel was cited for drunk driving. He’s had four previous convictions. This time it’s a felony and he’s facing up to 6 years in prison.
