SHEBOYGAN, WI (WHBL) - Work continues on a number of roadways in Sheboygan for the hot in place asphalt replacement projects, new to the city this year. Work was completed this week on stretched of North Avenue, North Eighth Street, and Michigan Avenue.
More projects are still scheduled for completion, and on will have its biggest impact on drivers this Sunday. Union Avenue between South Business Drive and Sauk Trail Road will close as work is expected to be done on just the one day.
Work then will shift to two other stretches of streets early next work week.
South 15th Street between New Jersey and Pennsylvania Avenues will have work done Monday and Tuesday, while North Eighth Street between Geele and Superior Avenues will be worked on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.
As has been in the past, thru traffic will be restricted when work is done in these areas.
