SHEBOYGAN, Wis. (WHBL) - Two pedestrians were injured Friday afternoon when they were struck by an SUV. Sergeant Dave Anderson says it happened shortly before 3:00 when a 27 year old mother and her 6 year old daughter were attempting to cross Calumet Drive in the School Zone of Cooper Elementary School. While they were attempting to cross the street, they were struck by a 2000 Chevy Suburban being driven by a 19 year old Sheboygan resident. The mother and daughter were both taken to Memorial Hospital for treatment of their injuries. The accident remains under investigation.
