
Sheboygan, WI (WHBL) - Four registered sex offenders are seeking residency waivers to live in Sheboygan.
A public hearing is set for Wednesday, July 29, 2015 before the Public Protection and Safety committee which will consider waivers for; Brian L.Kuhfuss, Mitchell D. Pask, Luis Santillan, and Andrew Darren Terschner.
Sheboygan Police Chief Chris Domagalski tells WHBL News that Andrew Terschner was convicted on three counts of second degree sexual assault in 2010. There were multiple victims in this case ranging in ages of 14 and 15. Terschner was 24 at the time of the alleged offenses. Terschner is requesting to live at 1419 Carl Avenue.
Brian L.Kuhfuss, was sentenced to ten years in jail in late 1993 for filming sexual acts by children in Sheboygan County. He is requesting to reside at 2114 N 20th Street.
Mitchell Pask was sentenced in 1992 for sexual assault of the same minor he allegedly assaulted in in 1991. He was also sentenced in 2007 to eight years in prison for trying to entice a child to follow him at a park. Pask is getting out of prison for this residency waiver request, and is petitioning to live at 930A Michigan Avenue, or 1123-1125 N 14th Street.
Luis Santillan was sentenced in May to three months in prison for second degree sexual assault of a minor. He and a teenage girl had sex in July of 2014, resulting in her getting pregnant. Luis is getting out of prison for this residency waiver request to live at 1113 S 11th Street.
Members of the public are allowed to voice concerns about the residency waiver requests during Wednesday’s meeting which takes place at City Hall, in the Basement Conference Room at 5pm.
