SHEBOYGAN, WI (WHBL) - Two people face domestic abuse disorderly conduct charges for getting into a fight at their Sheboygan residence Monday. Sheboygan County prosecutors charged 47 year old Todd Bohenstengel and 42 year old Nicole Osypowski Wednesday with a misdemeanor each.

Sheboygan Police were called to an apartment on the 1400 block of North Tenth Street after a neighbor noticed a physical disturbance going on in the apartment.  The neighbor told officers the two were known to get drunk and have disturbances in the past.

Both Bohenstengel and Osypowski told police the two did get into a fight, but both had different stories on what happened.

Osypowski claims she was not allowed back into the apartment at one point during the argument, but when she was she was punched in the face and forced down on a bed by the neck before she bit Bohenstengel to force him to let go.

Bohenstengel claims he was bit by Osypowski without any provocation, and after he left the apartment and came back she bit him again.

Both face up to 90 days in jail or a fine of up to $1,000, but since Bohenstengel has past domestic abuse charges on his record, his jail time could be extended by no more than two years.
