SHEBOYGAN, WI (WHBL) - A Sheboygan man accused of making a bomb threat at Nemak has not been seen lately.
43 year old Keith Slade was scheduled to have a plea hearing Tuesday for a bomb scare felony, but he did not show up. Judge Angela Sutkiewicz ordered his public defendant to find him. If he is not found soon, a bench warrant may be ordered for him to appear in court.
For now, online court records show a jury trial date set for May 27.
Prosecutors say Slade wrote the note he claims he found and gave to Nemak supervisors last February, saying a bomb would go off at the company’s Gateway Drive facility.
