SHEBOYGAN, WI (WHBL) - Two sexual assault with a minor cases are nearing sentencing in Sheboygan County Circuit Court. Online court records show plea questionnaires were filed Tuesday for 22 year old Luis Santillan of Sheboygan, and 43 year old Jane Wiensch of Sheboygan, in separate cases.
Santillan faces one second degree sexual assault charge for getting a then 15 year old girl pregnant last July. Santillan says the sex was consensual.
Wiensch faces two second degree sexual assault charges for allegedly having sex twice with a 15 year old boy last summer. The victim says Wiensch came onto him. Wiensch claims she did nothing more than send some inappropriate text messages.
Santillan will have a sentencing hearing on May 8, while Wiensch will have her sentencing hearing May 15.
