SHEBOYGAN, WI (WHBL) - A Sheboygan Falls man faces charges for sexually assaulting a senior citizen last year. 33 year old Ty Turner faces second degree sexual assault and burglary felonies for his alleged actions at a home on North Taylor Drive last July.
The then 73 year old female victim told Sheboygan Police the perpetrator entered her home, inappropriately touched her, and left. It was not until February when fingerprint evidence connected Turner to the incident.
Turner was arrested last week, and allegedly admitted to the crime when making a call to his girlfriend from the detention center.
Turner made his first court appearance Monday, and had a cash bond set at 10-thousand dollars.
