SHEBOYGAN, WI (WHBL) - Kevin Matichek has been bound over for trial on recently filed charges. Judge Terrence Bourke ruled Wednesday there is enough evidence to allow six charges filed against the former Sheboygan alderman two weeks ago to proceed to trial.
Five are for possession of inappropriate photos of a teenage male found on one of Kevin Matichek’s cell phones.
One is for a bribery charged, allegedly when Matichek persuading a former boyfriend to go out on a date to help the 18 year old keep his bartender’s license.
Testimony during a preliminary hearing determined the victims in each case are different.
These incidents came to light after Matichek was charged with sexual assault back in February.
