SHEBOYGAN, Wis.(WHBL) - An Oshkosh man who allegedly stabbed a Sheboygan man to death earlier this month during a fight in the 1400 block of South 12th Street has been ordered to stand trial. Judge James Bolgert listened to testimony in the case of 22 year old Michael Lemerande and then ruled there is enough evidence for a trial. Lemerande is facing a charge of 2nd degree reckless homicide in the death of 41 year old Nicholas Lehrke who was stabbed in the back during the fight. He died later at the hospital and Lemerande was taken into custody at the scene. He has entered a plea of not guilty and is back in the county jail on $250,000 cash bail.
