
SHEBOYGAN COUNTY, WI (WHBL) - State Senator Devin LeMahieu is stepping down from his county board supervisor position at the end of the month. LeMahieu has been a member of the Sheboygan County Board of Supervisors since 2006, but will now focus his full attention to his election position in Madison as the state's 9th District senator.
The county is now looking for someone to replace LeMahieu. Anyone who resides in the Village of Oostburg or Town of Wilson wards 1 and 2 can submit a letter of interest and a brief resume to Board Chairman Roger Te Stroete by May 4th. The address is Sheboygan County Administration Buidling, 508 New York Avenue - Room 311, Sheboygan, WI, 53081.
Whoever Te Stroete selected and the county board approved will finish out LeMahieu’s term through April of 2016.
