PLYMOUTH, WI (WHBL) - The Sheboygan County Fair will feature a major country star this fall. Joe Nichols, known for his hits “Brokenheatsville”, “Gimme That Girl”, and “Yeah”, will play on September 5th in front of the grandstand.
Fair Secretary Janeen Cain says the act will give what local fairgoers want to see. "We did a post a few weeks ago after our convention to see what people wanted at our fair, and a lot of it was national acts," says Cain.
It so happened that Nichols was in the area and available to play. "And it’s someone that’s in your backyard. You don’t have to travel to Milwaukee or to Oshkosh or to Green Bay to see him," says Cain.
Tickets prices are $39 for the VIP section standing right in front of the stage, and $28 for all other seats.
