SHEBOYGAN COUNTY, WI (WHBL) - Sheboygan County saw a rise in home sales and prices last month.
Data from the Wisconsin Realtors Association shows the county had 68 units sold in February, two more when compared to February of last year. That reverses a significant drop in home sales this past January compared to the start of 2014. The median price for a home also grew by over five percent last month.
So far through the first two months of 2015 Sheboygan County home sales are down 16 units compared to last year, but the median price of a home is up nearly 16-percent.
Across all of Wisconsin, home sales and the median price were up last month. Prices are also up when compared to this point in 2014, but home sales are down less than one percent.
