Washington County , WI (WHBL/ KFIZ) - A 27-year-old West Bend man accused of having sex with a 15-year-old girl has reached a plea agreement with Washington County prosecutors and will spend a year in jail and five years on probation. Eric Graham pled guilty to a 3rd degree sexual assault charge Tuesday morning. He met the girl through a dating website in the summer of 2013 and they met for sex. Graham also agreed to pay over $3,400 in medical bills for a detective who suffered an ankle injury when he scuffled with officers while being questioned.
