TOWN OF HOLLAND, SHEBOYGAN COUNTY, WI (WHBL) - An Adell man faces theft charges for stealing items from his half-brother to keep up a heroin addiction.
According to the criminal complaint, sheriff deputies investigated a theft from a Town of Holland residence on County Road K March 8th. Taken was a minivan, an acoustic guitar, a guitar amplifier, two cordless impact drivers, and four 18-volt batteries; all worth over $4,000.
Accused was 26 year old Chris Phillips Jr., who was living at the residence. When interviewed by deputies, Phillips admitted to taking some of the items to get money to sustain a heroin addiction.
Phillips is also charged for possession of drug paraphernalia.
