SHEBOYGAN, WI (WHBL) - All Sheboygan County voters will have the chance to vote twice for who they would like to see in the Sheboygan County Circuit Court system.

Three people want to replace retiring Branch 4 Judge Terence Bourke for the seat's next six year term.  They are Sheboygan/Kohler Municipal Judge Catherine Delahunt, Plymouth Municipal Judge Matthew Mooney, and Sheboygan County Circuit Court Commissioner Rebecca Persick.

A primary on February 17th will decide which two will face each other in the April 7th general election.  There is also an election for the judge seat in Branch 1.

Current Judge L. Edward Stengel is running for another term unopposed.

As for aldermatic seats in Sheboygan County's three biggest cities, two will have competitive races.  The most competitive race will be in Sheboygan Falls, where three people are trying to replace Dan Krueger, who is not running for another two year term.  Those seeking his seat are Peter Weber, John Raml, and Thomas McCue Jr.  Also in Sheboygan Falls, incumbent Anne Krauter is facing a challenge from Alan Mayer.

In Sheboygan, two of the eight races for alderman seats will be contested.  They are in district 4, where incumbent Kevin Matichek faces a challenge from Job Hou-Seye, and district 5, where incumbent Billy Thiel is challenged by former alderman Scott Lewandoske.

As for the City of Plymouth, all alderpersons up for election are running for another term unopposed.

WHBL News is working on gathering more information for other elections that will take place over the next few months.  Keep visiting this website for more stories.
