SHEBOYGAN, Wis. (WHBL) - A Sheboygan man described as a Grafitti artist has been formally charged with felony graffiti for numerous incidents which occurred as far back as early last November. 21 year old Lukas Bagemehl was arrested last week after his former landlord showed Sheboygan Police graffiti which had been painted on walls in the basement of the home on Broadway Avenue. That led to the execution of a search warrant at Bagemehl’s current home on Kohls Court. Police have said Bagemehl may be responsible for graffiti incidents on public and private property going back 5 years. According to the criminal complaint filed yesterday, damage is estimated at in excess of $40,000. Bagemehl, who is also facing drug charges, is facing up to 7 years in prison. Bagemehl struggled with police when he was arrested Friday and denies doing the spray painting. Two other people in the home on Kohls Court are also facing drug charges.
