SHEBOYGAN COUNTY, WI (WHBL) - October was a good month for the housing market in Sheboygan County. The Wisconsin Realtors Association says home sales were up 3.7-percent last month when compared to October 2013. The median price for a home also grew 13.5-percent.
2014 has been a slower year for home sales in the county when compared to 2013. So far, sales are down 3.5-percent, while home prices are down 1.6-percent.
The WRA says a surprisingly strong October has helped to push statewide home sales closer to last year’s numbers. However, home sales are still down two-percent so far this year.
