RANDOM LAKE, WI (WHBL) - A Random Lake area man was taken into custody early Sunday morning following a tactical situation at his home on Stoney Birch Road. The Sheboygan County Sheriff’s Department said it began when deputies were contacted to check on the welfare of a 49 year old man at that home. Scanner reports indicate that the man pulled a gun when deputies arrived on the scene. Sgt. Doug Tuttle said the Swat Team was then dispatched and spent about an hour on the scene before the man was taken into custody. No one was injured.
