ELKHART LAKE, WI (WHBL) - The State Superintendent’s Advisory Council on Rural Schools, Libraries and Communities will convene at Elkhart Lake-Glenbeulah High School Monday. The council is examining the challenges facing rural school districts and is obtaining input from rural school and community leaders in an effort to identify what types of services and support they need. State School Superintendent Tony Evers is scheduled to address the group during the morning session.
