SHEBOYGAN, WI (WHBL) - A Sheboygan man will spend a year and a half on probation for his part in a bomb threat which shut down Sheboygan’s Rockline plant last January. 18 year old Devon Kinch was sentenced Monday in Sheboygan County Court.
Kinch and two others had planted a note in a men’s bathroom at the plant indicating a bomb would go off at midnight. The threat resulted in the plant being evacuated costing the company $36,000 in production costs.
A hearing to determine restitution is set for October 2nd.
