SHEBOYGAN, Wis. (WHBL) - Sheboygan County Human Resources Director Mike Collard has left the position. County Administrator Adam Payne confirmed that Friday was Collard's last day on the job. Payne said he could not discuss the circumstances surrounding Collard's leaving, saying "as a personnel matter, I cannot comment further". WHBL News has learned that Payne informed county department heads in an e-mail sent out late Friday.
