SHEBOYGAN, WI (WHBL) - A major intersection in the City of Sheboygan will be under repair this weekend, causing some minor lane closures and detours. The city’s Department of Public Works will be doing manhole and pavement repairs on portions of the intersection at Erie Avenue and North 14th Street. The lane closures and detours will begin at 3 a.m. Saturday and are scheduled to end on Monday. Those lanes affected are as follow:
North Bound Traffic on N. 14th St.- No Thru Traffic on North 14th St. @ Intersection- Follow Local Detour: East on Erie Ave., North on N. 13th St., West on Michigan Ave.- Left turn to West Bound Erie Ave. will remain open
South Bound Traffic on N. 14th St.- No Left Turn to East Bound Erie Avenue- South Bound on 14th St. through intersection will remain open- Right Turn to West Bound Erie Avenue will remain open
West Bound Traffic on Erie Ave.- No Thru Traffic on Erie Ave. @ Intersection- Follow Local Detour: North on N. 13th St., West on Michigan Ave., South on Calumet Drive.
East Bound Traffic on Erie Ave.- No Left Turn to North Bound 14th Street.- East Bound Traffic through intersection will remain open- Right Turn to South Bound 14th Street will remain open
