SHEBOYGAN, WI (WHBL) - A Powerball ticket sold in Sheboygan won a million-dollars in Wednesday night's drawing. The ticket sold at the Q-Mart on Weeden Creek Road matched all five regular numbers, but not the Powerball, to win the game's second prize. It’s the second million dollar Powerball winner in Sheboygan County in recent weeks. Joe Powers of Sheboygan hit for a million dollars when he bought a ticket in Kohler on May 31st. He claimed the prize 11 days later. There was also a $199,000 Badger 5 winning ticket bought at the northside Piggly Wiggly back on Memorial Day, but no word if that has been claimed.
