Third person charged for Rockline bomb threat incident

SHEBOYGAN, WI (WHBL) - A third person has been charged for their alleged role in a bomb threat made at the Rockline plant in Sheboygan.

County prosecutors say 19 year old Morgan Ledeboer, along with Justin Jahns and Devon Kinch, placed a note in a men’s bathroom at the plant on January 5, saying a bomb would go off at midnight.  The threat forced the plant to be evacuated, costing thousands of dollars in production.

A criminal complaint says Kinch told authorities Ledeboer came up with the idea based on a past threat made at the Nemak plant and was paid by her to put the note up.  When interviewed, Ledeboer told authorities she has nothing to do with the threat.

She faces up to three and a half year in prison if found guilty.
