SHEBOYGAN, WI (WHBL) - It was December in April overnight as temperatures dropped, snow fell and roads around Sheboygan County began to ice up. The Sheriff’s Department reports numerous vehicles in the ditch and several accidents, including a four-vehicle pile-up at Highway 23 and County TT at Sheboygan Falls. Sgt. Jim Gottsacker said overpasses iced up in a 5-minute period between 10:30 and 11 o’clock.
