MANITOWOC, WI (WHBL) - Southbound traffic on I-43 at Manitowoc was tied up for a couple of hours lat Friday morning after a pedestrian was struck and killed by a semi. Authorities said Daniel Kubichka, of Chilton, was driving the semi that struck and killed a 26 year old Seattle, Washington, man. Then shortly after noon another crash occurred a couple of miles south of the first one and snarled traffic for about an hour.
