SHEBOYGAN, WI (WHBL) - Sheboygan police are investigating a purse snatching which occurred early Saturday morning outside of the Walgreen Store on North 14th Street. According to Sgt. Brad Riddiough, a 48 year old Sheboygan woman told investigators that she had come out of the store and was going to her car when the male suspect approached her and asked her a question. He than ran toward her, pushed her to the ground, grabbed her purse and fled on foot. Riddiough said the suspect is described as a light skinned male, 5-6 to 6 feet tall, about 150 pounds. He was wearing a dark hooded sweat shirt and blue jeans. Anyone with any information should call police at 459-3333.
